摘  要:为了使灌区配水获得更好的效果,通过改进传统"定流量,变历时"渠系运行方式的轮灌优化配水模型,以灌区配水渠道输水时间最短和各个轮灌组合持续引水时间差异最小建立了双目标函数,采用层次分析法确定各目标函数权重系数,然后根据各目标函数权重系数把双目标函数转化为单目标函数,最后通过遗传算法对单目标函数进行求解,确定了灌区最优轮灌组组合。实例计算结果表明:采用渠系优化配水方法进行轮灌组合优化,缩短了配水渠道输水时间,提高了水资源利用率,取得了较好的配水效果。In order to make water allocation management more effective, through improving the traditional optimization of water allocation manage-ment model of rotation irrigation of "constant flow and variable duration", a dual objective function was built to make water conveyance of irrigation water distribution canal shortest and diversion time difference of every rotation group sustained minimum, and the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight coefficients of each objective function. Then the dual objective function was converted into a single objective function based on the weight coefficients that had determined. Last, the single objective function was solved by genetic algorithm to get the best combinations of the rotation irrigation groups. The result shows that optimization of water allocation management of irrigation to get combinations of the rotation ir-rigation groups can make water allocation management more effective which decreases the time of water conveyance of water distribution canal and improves the water resources efficiency.
