摘 要:采用平均粒径为0.5μm的超细Al2O3粉末部分取代水泥配制普通混凝土,测定超细Al2O3粉末取代水泥比例分别为0.8%、1.2%、1.6%、2.0%时,新拌合混凝土的和易性及混凝土在3、7、28、90 d龄期时的抗压强度,并与不掺加超细Al2O3粉末的混凝土进行对比。试验结果表明:随着Al2O3粉末取代水泥比例的增大,新拌混凝土的和易性变差,而抗压强度呈上升趋势,Al2O3粉末取代水泥比例为1.6%时,混凝土抗压强度达到最大,再增大Al2O3粉末取代水泥的比例,混凝土抗压强度反而下降。The concrete was mixed by cement which was partial replaced with ultrafine Al2O3 powders. Ultrafine Al2O3 powders with the average diameter of 0. 5 μm were used with content of 0. 8 %, 1.2 %, 1.6% , and 2.0% by weight, the workability of the fresh concrete and the compres- sive strength of the concrete of 3,7,28,90 d were tested. The result shows that the workability of the fresh concrete is decreased and the compres-sive strength of the eonerete is improved by increasing the content of ultrafine Al2O3 powders, the maximum compressive strength of the conerete is gained when the replacement proportion equals to 1.6%. But the content of uhrafine Al2O3 powders is increased once more, the compressive strength of the concrete decreases.
