摘 要:对国内外茉莉花资源进行收集保存及评价,并比较不同生长调节剂及浓度对茉莉非试管快繁生根率、平均生根数的影响。在广西农科院花卉研究所和横县中华茉莉园分别建立了种质资源圃,共保存茉莉品种(系)33个,筛选出加工型茉莉品种越南单瓣茉莉和尖瓣茉莉,观赏型品种越南粉苞茉莉和金茉莉。茉莉非试管快繁,选用浓度750 mg/L的IBA溶液慢浸0.5 h,生根率最高,平均生根数最多,越南粉苞茉莉生根率为94.67%、平均生根数为7.2根,尖瓣茉莉生根率为92.00%、平均生根数为7.5根。In order to select new varieties of jasmine, and provide technical support for its reproduction, The collection and evaluation of the germplasm resources of jasmine both from home and abroad were conducted, this paper study the effects of different growth hormones and the same growth hormone with different concentrations on the rooting rate and the number of rooting of Jasmine in ex vitro plant clone. The results are as follows: Two Germplasm nursery were establish in flower research institute of guangxi academy of agricultural sciences and hengxian jasmine flower research institute, conserving 33 varieties of Jasmine, This study selected four new varieties of Jasmine, including vietnam danban jasmine, jianban jasmine, vietnam fenbao jasmine and gold flower jasmine. In Ex vitro plant clone, soaking in solution with 750 ppm IBA for 0.5 h, the rooting rate and the number of rooting of Jasmine were hightest.
