摘　　要：五指山猪是我国特有的小型猪种,是开发高端肉食品的重要猪种。目前项目组在海南省中西部地区构建了五指山猪健康养殖与科技示范推广体系。通过五指山猪健康养殖饲料配制和饲养技术、仔猪健康养殖营养与饲养技术、猪场生物安全控制技术和粪便等废弃物资源化利用技术的集成与示范,带动周边农户科学养殖,共同推动特色猪产业的升级与发展。Wuzhishan pig, which has the good meat quality, is the unique miniature pig of our country. It was important pig breed which was used to develop the high-end meat food. We construct the health aquaculture technology and demonstration of Wuzhishan pig extension System in Midwest of Hainan province. The research include feed formulation and rearing technique of health aquaculture, nutrition and rearing technique of health aquaculture in piglets, biosafety control technology in pig farms and integration and demonstration of utilization of waste recovery. The research will drive the peripheral farmers scientific breeding, and promote industrial upgrading and development of characteristic pig industry.
