摘  要:目的:研究四川重庆不同紫苏材料的遗传多样性,为种质资源的分类和选育打下理论基础.方法:采用SRAP分子标记方法对来自四川、重庆的10份紫苏材料进行遗传多样性分析,利用popgene1.32及NTSYS-pc2.1软件处理数据,UPGMA方法聚类,构建亲缘关系树状图.结果:26对SRAP引物组合扩增出167条带,多态比率(PPB)为51.57%.10份材料的遗传距离变化范围为0.098 8~0.916 3,平均为0.490 8.用籽材料中,四川和重庆地区的平均多态位点百分率为27.25%,在两个地区间,SRAP标记的平均H值分别为0.149 6和0.232 8.平均I值为0.221 1和0.350 8.结论:SRAP分子标记适合用于紫苏材料的遗传多样性分析,能够清晰地揭示不同材料间的亲缘关系,为下一步紫苏的良种选育提供科学依据.Objective of the study:The genetic diversity of Perilla frutescen(Linn).Britt in Sichuan and Chongqing has been researched in this paper to make Chongqing estimated by means of sequence-related amplified polymorphism(SRAP).The date has been analyzed by the theoretical basis for promising germplasm of identification and further breeding.Methods of the study: Ten materials in Sichuan and Popgene 1.32 and NTSYS-pc2.1 software.The system diagram of genetic relationship has been built by UPGMA.Results of the study:26 pairs of SRAP primers combination amplified 167 polymorphic bands,and the average percentage of polymorphic bands reaches to 51.57%.The Nei's genetic identity of 10 samples ranges in 0.098 8-0.916 3.The average is 0.490 8.The average of percentage of polymorphic bands of materials used breeds in Sichuan and Chongqing is 27.25%.Among the two areas: The average of Nei's gene diversity(H) is 0.149 6 and 0.232 8 by SRAP marker.The average of Shannon's information index(I) is 0.221 1 and 0.350 8 by SRAPs.Conclusion of the study: SRAP markers can be appropriately applied to genetic analysis in Perilla frutescens(Linn).Britt.It can possess several genetic relationships syllabified to provide the scientific basis.
