唐钢高炉炉渣排碱能力的研究

摘　　要：唐钢炼铁厂与河北联合大学合作,在实验室完成了炉渣排碱试验,以探索炉渣碱度、MgO含量、Al2O3含量和K2O含量等炉渣中的主要化学成分对炉渣排碱能力的影响,并提出了高炉提高炉渣排碱能力的生产建议.Cooperating with Hebei Unite University, Tangsteel Iron making plant tested the slag＇s alkali metals discharging capacity in the lab, in order to explore the influence of the slag basicity and the main chemical composition of the slag such as Mgo, A12 03 and K20 on the slag＇s alkali metals discharging capacity. Production suggestions were brought forward to improve the alkali metals discharging capacity of the BF slag.
