摘　　要：冶金建筑工程工艺复杂,施工工序多、施工环境变化快,安全危险因素不断产生,传统的安全管理模式难以适应施工的动态变化,必须探索出新的安全管理模式.笔者经过多年深入的研究和实践,总结出一种行之有效的安全管理方法——动态安全管理技术,这种技术在某高炉大修工程施工中应用成功,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益.Metallurgical Construction Engineering complex process, the construction process, the construction environment is changing fast and safety risk factors continue to produce traditional security management model is difficult to adapt to the dynamic changes in the construction must explore new security management model. The author after years of in-depth re- search and practice, summed up an effective safety management methods - dynamic security management technology, the success of this technology in the construction of a BF, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
