摘  要:为了能够全面掌握高炉生产工艺过程能量利用情况,本文以韶钢7#高炉为例,通过建立数学模型计算高炉生产过程中的物料、热量和的平衡,通过对热量和火用平衡计算,了解各环节的热量变化和利用情况,并提出如何改善高炉工艺、对高炉余热进行充分利用,达到节能降耗的目的,为高炉的节能技术改造提供参考.In order to fully master the situation on energy utilization of blast furnace process, this thesis takes the 7# blast furnace in the Baosteel Guangdong Shaoguan Iron and Steel Group Ltd. Company for example, in the way which establish mathematics model to calculate the materials, amount of quantity and the balance of Yong during the process of blast furnace, by calculating the heat of the quantity and balance of Yong, understand the change of the heat of quantity in each stage and utilization. What' s more, the paper proposes the way how to improve the blast furnace techniques, make full use of the rest heat of the blast furnace, to achieve energy-saving and Yong, consumption lowering which provide reference for energy-saving technological transformation of blast furnace.
