糖尿病性大疱病40例治疗临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病性大疱病临床治疗方法。方法:将临床诊断的糖尿病性大疱病40例病人分为两组:治疗组使用前列腺素E1100μg静脉注射1次/日,并用注射器抽尽水疱内液,>1cm的大疱内注入碘伏;对照组使用复方丹参注射液40ml静脉滴注,并用注射器抽尽水疱内液,予胰岛素外敷并包扎。两组均予以抗感染、降糖、全身并发症等相应治疗,共治疗2w。结果:治疗组治愈天数较对照组明显缩短,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病性大疱病患者进行前列腺素E1100μg静脉注射1次/日,并用注射器抽尽水疱内液,然后注入碘伏入疱内治疗有明显疗效。Objective： To study the diabetic large kitchen disease clinical treatment method. Methods： The clinical diagnosis of diabetes in this disease in 40 patients were divided into two groups： the patients in treatment group were administrated intravenous prostaglandin E1^100μg Qd, and with a syringe as vesicular fluid, 〉1cm injected into the large kitchen iodophor, the control group using compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection 40 ml intravenous infusion Qd, and with a syringe as vesicular fluid to insulin application and dressing. The two groups were to be resistant to infection, hypoglycemic, systemic complications and corresponding treatment for 2 w. Results： The curative effect in treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group significantly （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Prostaglandins E1^100μg intravenous injection Qd and exhausted vesicular fluid with iodophor treatment have obvious curative effect on diabetic large kitchen disease patients.
