摘 要:为了解近年来才被发现的一种新型人畜共患DNA病毒——细环病毒在广西猪群中的流行情况,采用巢式PCR方法检测95份采自广西不同猪场、屠宰场的血清和组织样品(淋巴结、脾、肺),并挑选部分阳性样品进行基因克隆。结果显示,被检猪群中普遍存在细环病毒感染,TTSuV1和TTSuV2的阳性率分别为37.9%和20.0%,两者的混合感染率为11.6%。获得的9条TTSuV1和10条TTSuV2基因序列与NCBI上发布的参考序列同源性分别为81.8%~99.7%和79.2%~99.2%;遗传进化分析表明,广西猪群中流行的TTSuVs主要为TTSuV 1a、TTSuV 1b和TTSuV 2a。In order to know the prevalence and predominant genotype of Torque teno sus virus (TTSuV) found in recent years in Guangxi,95 blood and corresponding tissue samples(lymph node,spleen and lung) were collected from different pig farms in Guangxi and detected by a nested PCR method. Several positive samples were selected to clone and then sequenced. The results revealed that TTSuV infection was widespread in the detected pig population. The positive rates of TTSuV1 and TTSuV2 like viruses were at. 9% and 20. 0% respectively, in which 11. 6% were co-infected. The nucleotide sequences of the 9 TTSuV1 fragments and 10 TTSuV2 fragments were 81.8% to 99.7% and 79.2% to 99.2% identities,re- spectively when compared to those of the reference strains available in NCBI. Phylogenetic analysis showed the epidemic strains of TTSuVs in Guangxi were TTSuV la,TTSuV lb and TTSuV 2a.
