摘 要:利用室内恒温培养试验,研究外源水溶性有机物(DOM)不同添加量对砖红壤土壤pH及土壤可溶性P的影响。结果表明:与不添加DOM比较,添加不同量DOM均可提高砖红壤土壤pH,且随着添加量的增加,pH呈现增加的趋势;随着培养时间的推移,添加5 mL DOM的处理pH先下降后趋于平衡,添加10 mL和20 mL DOM的处理pH在试验的24 h内没有较大幅度的变化,说明添加DOM在一定程度上可以提高砖红壤的pH。不同DOM添加量下土壤可溶性磷含量均显著提高,且随着添加量的增加而增加。在实验所研究的24 h内,不同DOM添加量的各处理可溶性磷含量均经历先快速下降,然后短暂回升,再慢速下降的过程。添加5 mL和10 mL DOM的处理,可溶性磷含量在试验结束时趋于稳定,而添加20 mL DOM的处理,仍呈缓慢下降的趋势。总体上讲,添加DOM在一定程度上提高了此类土壤可溶性磷含量;此外,加入DOM后,砖红壤的磷吸附量和吸附率都有大幅度的提高,随着DOM添加量的增加,磷吸附量增加。而吸附率反而随着DOM添加量的增加而有所降低。In this study, a simulating incubation test was conducted to evaluate the effect of exogenous dissolved organic matter(DOM) on the pH and soluble P in latosol. Compared with the control, adding different amount of DOM increased the pH of latosol, and with increasing the quantity of DOM application, the soil pH had a increasing trend. Along with the incubation time, soil pH of the treatment with 5mL DOM added was first decreased and then closed to balance, and the treatments with 10mL and 20mL DOM added of no significantly change'., which indicating that adding DOM could alleviate the 'acid poison' in latosol. The extent of soil soluble phosphate in all DOM added treatments had a significantly improved, and improved with the increasing with the amount of DOM added. With increasing time of incubation, the content of soil soluble phosphate of the treatments with different DOM added was first fast failing and then experienced a little rebound and slowly declined at last. By the end of the incubation, the content of soil soluble phosphate of the treatments with 5mL and 10 mL DOM added closed to a stable, while the treatment with 20mL DOM added was still lowly declined. Generally speaking, adding DOM, in a certain extent, could improve the amount of soluble phosphate in latosol. In addition, adding DOM greatly improved the soil phosphorus adsorption and P-sorption efficiency. With the addition of DOM increased, phosphorus adsorption was increased and. P-sorption efficiency was reduced.
