摘　　要：铲子坪金矿是产于震旦系中的破碎带蚀变岩型金矿床，金主要以独立的金矿物形式存在，金的赋存状态及分布与硫化物的发育程度密切相关，金优先赋存于硫化矿物中。由于各矿带矿物组合及含量的变化，使金的赋存状态及分布也发生相应改变。Chanzhiping gold deposit is one of the fracture zone alteration rock type which occured in Sinian system, Au mainly exists in the form of independence mineral, existing state and distribution of Au is close relation with the growth degree of sulfides, Au is priority to exist in sulfide minerals. The change of the mineral assemblage and content of every ore zone makes the change of the existing state and distribution of Au.
