摘 要:分析了散布性吊经现象的成因,确定了造成吊经疵点的主要原因是纱线受到意外牵伸或受潮后在一定的张力下被拉伸,纱线内部积聚了较大的内应力,在后道工序中,由于内应力的释放引起了纱线的收缩从而形成散布性吊经疵点。通过试验优化了织造过程的工艺参数,并提出了防止散布性吊经出现的措施。结论为:当纱线公定回潮率小于12%,环境湿度不超过60%时,基本不会出现散布性吊经疵点;通过调整蒸纱时间,适当降低开口高度,减小整经张力、上机张力、卷轴张力以及合理控制织造环境温湿度等方法,可以有效控制甚至避免散布性吊经这一疵点的出现。Analysis of the distribution of tight warp phenomenon, determined by defect caused by tight is the main cause of the yarn is subjected to accidental draft or moisture in a certain tension yarn is stretched, internal accumulation of large internal stress, in the process, due to the internal stress release caused yarn shrinkage to form spreading of tight warp defect.
