对国际羽绒羽毛局IDFB蓬松度测试标准的解读

摘　　要：蓬松度是羽绒羽毛及其制品的重要品质指标。对国内现行羽绒羽毛标准GB/T10288-2003《羽绒羽毛检验方法》和FZ/T80001-2002《水洗羽毛羽绒试验方法》中蓬松度部分测试标准与国际羽绒羽毛局IDFB测试标准体积(蓬松度)检测方法进行了比较分析,指出由于国内标准人为因素较多,误差较大;而IDFB测试标准有滚动干燥和蒸汽两种处理方法,机械化程度较高,相对来说较为科学和合理。Fill power fluffy is the important quality indicator of down and feather and their products Domestic standards GBfF 10288-2003 testing method for down and feather and Fzfr 80001-2002 testing method for washed feather and down are objectively and system atically evaluated,and are compared with the volume measurement that is a part of testing regulation in International down and feather bureau（IDFB）.The domestic standard has more man-made effects and more errors,but IDFB testing regulation has tumble dry conditioning and steam conditioning which are more scientific and reasonable.
