摘 要:[目的]研究不同发芽床和种子处理对关苍术发芽率及出苗的影响。[方法]采用不同发芽床和药剂处理关苍术种子,观察发芽率及出苗情况。[结果]沙床能明显提高关苍术种子的发芽率,比纸床高8.0%;用浓度200 mg/kg GA处理和PEG处理关苍术种子能明显提高发芽率,可达74.4%和72.2%,并能使关苍术提前出苗,比对照组提前6 d;PEG处理能有效提高出苗整齐度。[结论]发芽床和种子处理对关苍术发芽率及出苗均有明显影响。[Objective] To study effects of different germination beds and seeds treatment on germination rate and seedling emergency of Atractylodes japonica.[Method] Different germination beds and medicament treatments were used to deal with Atractylodes japonica seeds.Germination rate and seedling emergence were observed.[Result] The results showed that the sand bed can significantly improve the germination rate of Atractylodes japonica seeds,and higher than paper bed eight percent.Atractylodes japonica seeds were treated with GA at 200mg/kg and PEG.The germination rate were improved notably to 74.4% and 72.2%.At the same time,it could move up six days of seedling emergence.[Conclusion] The treatment of PEG could improve the uniformity of seedling emergence efficiently.
