摘 要:天气预报质量不仅是气象部门的日常业务考核内容,也是各个气象台站、每个预报员业务水平高低的具体体现。天气预报评分系统采用Microsoft Visual Basic和Access数据库编程,可随时有效地对当地天气预报质量进行评定。自2012年1月系统投入运行以来,天气预报质量评定效率显著提高。系统运行稳定,界面友好,操作简单,评定准确,性能可靠,可在各市局推广使用。The quality of weather forecast is not only the daily business assessment of the meteorological departments,but also a concrete manifestation which can represent the vocational level of each meteorological stations and forecasters.The weather forecast scoring system is programmed by using the Microsoft Visual Basic and Access Database.It can assess the quality of weather forecast timely.The efficiency of weather forecast quality assessment was greatly improved since the system has been put into use from January 2012.It could be widely used in other urban meteorological departments for its property stability,friendly interface,convenience,preciseness and reliable performance.
