摘 要:[目的]确定好-厌氧交替发酵法用于脱水污泥规模化生产无害化、营养化、腐殖化的园林营养土的可行性。[方法]发酵物料配比为湿污泥∶菇渣∶菌土=1∶1∶1;交替方式为好氧5 d、厌氧3 d,交替3次,每次交替后翻堆1次,通气量0.44 m3/(min.t),通气30 min,停气20 min。[结果]发酵结束时,营养土中大肠菌群由7 300 MPN/100 g降至35 MPN/100 g,含水率由61.8%降至37.2%,腐殖质由10.73%升至11.32%,有效磷由1.87 g/kg升至2.26 g/kg,有效氮变化小,氮磷钾总量略降低,营养土种子发芽指数为96%。分析可知,营养土的含水率、腐殖质、氮磷钾总量均达到了考核指标,大肠菌群和种子发芽指数、氮磷钾总量、腐殖质达到《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置园林绿化用泥质》(CJ-248-2007)无害化、营养化、腐殖化的要求。[结论]好氧-厌氧交替发酵法用于污泥规模化生产营养土可行。[Objective] To study the feasibility of aerobic-anaerobic alternative method used to product dewatered sludge into harmless,nutritive and humic nutritional soil in garden.[Method] According to 1∶1∶1 of wet sludge to mushroom residue to soil bacteria,5-3 d of aerobic-anaerobic fermentation,3 alternation times and turning after each alternation cycle,30 min/20 min of ventilating/interruption time and 0.44 m3/(min·t) of ventilation volume.[Result] At the end of fermentation the amount of coli form group decreased from 7 300 to 35 MPN/100 g,the moisture content reduced from 61.87% to 37.2%,the amount of humus raised from 10.73% to 11.32%,the amount of effective phosphorus increased from 1.87 to 2.26 g/kg,the amount of available nitrogen was not significant in change,the amount of total nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium slightly decreased and the seed germination index was 96%.The result showed that amount of moisture content,humus,total nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium had all reached the evaluation level.the amount of coliform group,total nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and humus achieved harmless,nutrition and humic requirements of " urban sewage treatment plant sludge disposal landscape with mud germination coliform and seed "(CJ-248-2007).[Conclusion] It was feasible that aerobic-aerobic alternative method was used to product dewatered sludge into harmless,and nutritive,and humic garden nutritional soil.
