摘　　要：氧化锌干法脱硫工艺在运行过程中,由于入口合成气中有机硫含量大幅度增加,导致外送合成气不合格,影响后部工序的稳定生产;采取改造设备和优化工艺等措施后,解决了问题,并对今后精脱硫的改进提出建议。Because the organic sulfur content of the inlet synthesis gas is greatly increased during the zinc oxide desulfurization unit operation, the delivery synthesis gas is unqualified, which influenced upon the follow-up process stable operation. The problem is solved by equipment modification and process optimization etc., also the advice for the fine desulfurization technology improvement is put forward.
