摘  要:以实例介绍管道设备积灰阻力增加,洗涤塔及气柜进口水封堵阻力增加,潜热系统负压过低吹风阻力增加,油压过低或掉压致阀门动作缓慢或不动作致阻力增加,阀门故障致阻力增加,自动加焦炭层控制过高工艺不合理致系统阻力增加等导致的憋压,对症下药,排除系统中非正常增加的阻力,维持造气炉正常运行,保障全厂生产的安全高效平稳。Take the actual examples to explain the pressureout reasons in the fixed bed gasification unit, the reasons include the pipeline equipment fouling increasing resistance, the water seal plugging of scrubber and gas holder imports increasing resistance, low negative pressure in latent heat system increasing air blow gas resistance, and valves slow action or non-action caused by low oil pressure or pressure sudden drop increasing resistance. Take the right measures to eliminate abnormal increased resistance in the unit to maintain normal operation of the gasifier.
