摘  要:采用正交实验的方法,研究了碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料化学镀Ni-P合金的工艺。通过对镀层结合力、金相组织、沉积速率、硬度等性能的比较,选出最优镀液配方,并对所得最优组镀件进行SEM和EDS分析及耐腐蚀性能测试。通过正交实验得出最佳镀液配方为:硫酸镍30g/L,次磷酸钠25g/L,乳酸20mL/L,乙酸钠15g/L。所得镀层中磷的质量分数为11.88%,是高磷镀层;经耐腐蚀性能检测,该镀层具有良好的耐蚀性。Orthogonal experiment was used to study the process of electroless Ni-P plating on carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite. The optimal bath formula was chosen by comparing binding strength, metallurgical structure, deposition rate, hardness, etc. of the coating, and furthermore, the plated parts in optimal group were analyzed with SEM and EDS, and their corrosion resistance was tested. The optimal bath formula obtained through orthogonal experiment is.. nickel sulfate 30 g/L, sodium hypophosphite 25 g/L, lactic acid 20 mL/L, sodium acetate 15 g/L. The phosphorus content is 11.88 % in the obtained coating, which belongs to a high-phosphorus coating that has a good corrosion resistance shown by corrosion test.
