摘  要:[目的]研究不同措施对峨眉含笑(Michelia wilsonii Finet et Gagnep)扦插繁殖的影响,对于提高峨眉含笑的繁殖量和苗种数量具有重要意义。[方法]以多年生峨眉含笑的嫩枝为试验材料,研究不同扦插基质(河沙和草炭)、生根剂GGR7浓度(0、100、200、300、400mg/kg)、处理时间(0、1、2、4、6 h)对峨眉含笑插穗生根的影响。[结果]2种不同扦插基质中的愈伤率、生根率、炼存率均存在差异;2种基质中,均以GGR7100 mg/kg浓度浸泡2 h愈伤率最高,河沙基质中愈伤率高达88.4%;河沙基质中,GGR7100 mg/kg浓度浸泡2 h生根率最高为52.4%,而在草炭基质中以GGR7200 mg/kg浓度浸泡2 h生根率达到49.3%。河沙中炼存率达到48.2%(GGR7100 mg/kg浓度浸泡2 h),草炭中达到45.7%(GGR7100 mg/kg浓度浸泡4 h)。[结论]在河沙基质中应用GGR7生根剂100 mg/kg浸泡2 h对峨眉含笑扦插繁殖中插穗生根具有良好的效果。[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of different measures on the cutting propagation of Michelia wilsonii Finet et Gagnep,which had an important significant in improving its reproduction number and seed quantity.[Method] The effects of different cuttage matrix(river sand and grass carbon),rooting agent concentration(0,100,200,300,400 mg/kg GGR7),treatment time(0,1,2,4,6 h) on rooting germination of perennial Michelia wilsonii Finet et Gagnep were studied.[Result] The callus rate,rooting rate,survival rate had difference between the two different cuttage matrix treatments;In the two matrix,the callus rate of soaking in 100 mg/kg GGR7 at 2 hours was the highest,and in river sand,it reached 88.4%;In river sand,the rooting rate of soaking in 100 mg/kg GGR7 at 2 hours was the highest by 52.4%,while in grass carbon,the rooting rate of soaking in 200 mg/kg GGR7 at 2 hours was the highest by 49.3%.In river sand,the survival rate of soaking in 100 mg/kg GGR7 at 2 hours reached 48.2%,while it reached 45.7% when soaking in 100 mg/kg GGR7 at 4 hours.[Conclusion] In the river sand,it had a good effect of applying 100 mg/kg GGR7 soaking at 2 hours on Michelia wilsonii Finet et Gagnep rooting during cutting propagation.
