摘　　要："建立以创新和贡献为导向的科研评价机制,改变科研评价中的急功近利倾向"是高等学校"十二.五"科技发展规划的主要目标和任务。该文在分析高校科研评价存在问题的基础上,探讨了科研评价存在弊端的根源,对改革现行高校科研评价机制提出了改革建议。The main target and task of higher colleges twelfth five-year scientific and technological development plan was to establish innovation and contribution-oriented scientific research evaluation mechanism and change tendency for seeking quick success and instant benefit in scientific research evaluation.Based on the analysis of problems in university scientific research evaluation,the current source of the disadvantages in scientific research evaluation was discussed,and the reform of university scientific research evaluation system was suggested.
