摘　　要：检索总结分析科学引文索引(SCI)源期刊近年来所收录的针灸治疗偏头痛的随机对照试验(RCT)研究,为探索适合我国的针灸治疗偏头痛临床设计方案提供借鉴。文章纳入2006年1月-2012年5月在SCI源期刊发表的针灸治疗偏头痛的RCT,分析比较了其研究设计及实施过程中的差异,总结了高质量RCT的优点和可学习之处,提出应该结合针刺自身特点和偏头痛病临床特点,建立符合针刺自身特点并被现代医学认可的高质量临床研究方案。This article conducted analysis of RCT researches of acupuncture for migraine which published in SCI journals in recent years so as to provide experience to the design of clinical research on its treatment.Comparing the differences of the researches involved,the article summed up the merits of these researches which we could learn from.In order to design the high quality clinical research which accepted by modern medicine,we should pay attention to the features of acupuncture-moxibustion as well as the clinic features of migraine.
