摘　　要：《医学发明》是李杲的代表性医学著作,由金代的罗天益为之刊行。该书的五邪相干论承接《难经》的相关论述,以五行生克理论作为推演工具,提出了虚邪、实邪、贼邪、微邪、正邪5种发病模式。该论基于脾胃病证的医疗实践,对5种发病类型的具体证候表现及选方用药进行了概括,形成了从特殊到一般的规律总结,从而将《难经》根据五行学说单纯的理论推演落实到了临床实践,使这部分理论有了临床指导意义。该论对明清医家影响较大,清代高鼓峰《四明心法》中的"二十五方总图"是对其的直接继承与发展。Medicine Invention is representative medical writings of LI Gao,issued by LUO Tian-yi in Jin Dynasty.‘Five pathogenic invasion theory’ of Medicine Invention is five invasion mode,including the imaginary evil,real evil,thieves evil,slight evil,formal evil,based on therelated discussion of Nan Jing,deduced by the five elements theory.This theory summarized clinical manifestation and prescription off ivepathogenic mode,based on the medical practice of spleen and stomach disease.This theory is a greater impact on doctors of Ming and Qing dynasty.‘Total Chart of Twenty-five Direction’ is the inheritance and development of this theory,which contained in the si ming xin fa,wroted by GAO Gu-feng in Qing dynasty.
