益气补肾颗粒对微小残留白血病患者外周血树突状细胞亚群和T细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过分析益气补肾颗粒治疗前后微小残留白血病(MRL)患者树突状细胞(DC)亚群和T细胞亚群的变化,探讨该药治疗后MRL患者DC亚群和T细胞亚群变化及预后意义。方法:应用流式技术分析36例MRL患者应用益气补肾颗粒前后外周血DC亚群(mDC、pDC)和T细胞亚群(T、Th、Tc)改变,并与健康人比较。结果:与健康人比较,MRL患者pDC和Th百分比和绝对值及mDC绝对值和Th/Tc降低,Tc百分比增高。益气补肾颗粒治疗后MRL患者pDC、mDC、Th百分比和绝对值均显著提高,Tc百分比降低,Th/Tc升高。结论:益气补肾颗粒可能通过增加MRL患者外周血DC和Th数量,改善MRL患者免疫失衡状态,提高患者免疫功能,从而抑制体内残存白血病细胞,延长MRL患者的无病生存期。Objective： Through the analysis of differentiation of T cell subsets and dendritic cells（DC） subsets in MRL before and after treatment with Yiqi Bushen Granule,we tried to study on differentiation of T cell subsets and peripheral blood DC cells subsets in MRL after treatment with Yiqi Bushen Granule and its significance of the MRL prognosis.Methods： Using flow cytometer to detect Myeloid DC（mDC）,Plasmacytoid DC（pDC） and T cell subsets（T,Th,Tc） of 36 MRL cases before and after treatment with Yiqi Bushen Granule and to compare with 34 healthy volunteer.Results： Compared with normal controls,percentages and absolute values of pDC,Th,absolute value of mDC and Th/Tc were lower,Tc was higher significantly.After the treatment,percentages and absolute values of pDC,mDC and Th in peripheral blood were significantly improved,Th cells percentage lowered,Th/Tc rose up obviously.Conclusion： Yiqi Bushen Granule may improve MRL paients’ immune out-of-banlance state and enhance immunologic function of patients through increasing the MRL patients’ peripheral blood DC cells and Th cells percentage and absolute value in order to restrain the remaining leukemia cells in the body,and extend the MRL diseasefree survival.
