摘　　要：为促进国内静脉药物配置中心合理用药,确保患者的用药安全。文章综述了国内静脉药物配置中心不合理用药的管理。结果发现静脉药物配置中心医嘱存在配伍禁忌,溶媒选择不合理、给药方式不合理、给药浓度不合理、全营养混合液的医嘱不合理等方面的问题。静脉药物配置中心应加强不合理用药管理,提高临床合理用药水平,促进临床合理用药的安全性和有效性。Objective： To promote the rational use of drugs in pharmacy intravenous admixture services（PIVAS）,ensure the patients’ drug safety.Methods： It introduced to describe application status of the irrational use of drugs in pharmacy intravenous admixture services in China,and it gives some advice on the management of it.Results： There are some problems in incompatibility of drug in prescription,irrational select of menstruum,irrational ways of does,irrational concentration of drug,irrational total nutrient admixture in prescribe and so on.The PIVA should strengthen the management of unreasonable drug use,improve rational drug use level and promote the safety and efficacy of clinical rational drug use.
