摘　　要：苏木是中药常用药,具有活血祛瘀、消肿定痛的作用,在临床应用较为广泛,常用于恶性肿瘤的治疗,尤其是对肺、胃、乳腺、卵巢、宫颈等部位的恶性实体瘤效果较好,对白血病亦有一定的疗效。近年来对苏木抗肿瘤机制从细胞毒性作用、诱导和促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、抗多药耐药、抑制肿瘤转移、化疗增效、调节免疫功能、调节细胞因子等方面进行了系统研究,取得了一些成果,同时也存在着一定的问题,兹予综述并简评,以有助于进一步推动其研究及应用。Hematoxylin is a kind of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine,and it has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and detumescence and relieving pain.It also can be used to treat cancers,especially for those tumors in lung,stomach,breast,ovarian,cervical and other parts of the body.It has certain therapeutic effect on leukemiaalso.Studies of the mechanism of how Hematoxylin effects on those tumors had also been just unfolding,and those studies systematically concluded cytotoxicity,inducing and promoting apoptosis of tumor cells,anti-multidrug resistance,inhibiting tumor metastasis,enhancing chemotherapeutic effects,regulating immunity and cell factor,etc.Those indicate that we have already gained many achievements.But there are also some problems for us to explore.This article would review those studies and give a few comments in order to contribute to the further research and its application.
