右归丸对卵巢早衰模型小鼠Th17/Treg表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察卵巢早衰(POF)模型小鼠卵巢组织内Th17/Treg表达水平及右归丸的干预作用。方法:采用透明多肽建立小鼠自身免疫性POF模型。RT-PCR法检测卵巢组织Th17、Treg表达水平。结果:模型组Th17表达明显高于正常组和各用药组(P<0.01),模型组Treg表达较正常组明显降低(P<0.01);模型组Th17/Treg表达与其他组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:自身免疫性POF模型小鼠Th17/Treg表达失衡,导致对卵巢组织的免疫性损伤,卵巢组织破坏,卵巢功能最终衰竭。右归丸能通过调节Th17/Treg表达平衡,缓解免疫反应对卵巢组织的损伤,改善卵巢功能。Objective： To observe the effect of You Guiwan on Th17/Treg expression level on mice ovarian issue with immune premature ovarian failure（POF）.Methods： Model of POF was established by multiple sites subcutaneous injection of pZP3 of mice,RT-PCR method for the detection of ovarian tissue in Th17 and Treg expression level.Results： Model group of Th17 and Th17/Treg expression level had significant difference from normal group and You Guiwan group（P0.01）;Model group compared with normal group were significantly reduced on Treg expression level（P0.01）.Conclusion： Autoimmune premature ovarian failure in mice with Th17/Treg expression imbalance,cause of ovarian tissue immune injury,ovarian tissue destruction,and ultimately ovarian function failure.You Guiwan can treat POF by adjusting the Th17/Treg expression balance,remission of immune response of ovarian tissue injury,improve ovarian function.
