摘  要:目的:探讨复方丹参滴丸(CDDP)对颅脑外伤后伴发癫痫(PTE)的作用机制。方法:通过制作PTE大鼠模型,不同浓度CDDP治疗21d后,Western Blot检测各组脑海马组织中诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)、癫痫灶区γ-氨基丁酸B受体亚单位(GABABR1)和谷氨酸受体亚单位(GluR1)、前脑组织中突触后致密物蛋白质95(PSD95)的表达水平。结果:正常组和CDDP高剂量治疗组脑海马组织中iNOS和癫痫灶区GluR1表达水平均低于模型组(P<0.05);两组癫痫灶区GABABR1和前脑组织中PSD95表达水平均高于模型组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸治疗PTE有效,可能与其抑制PTE后脑海马组织内中iNOS和癫痫灶区GluR1的表达,并促进癫痫灶区GABABR1和前脑中PSD95的表达有关。Objective: To study the effective mechanism of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill on posttraumatic epilepsy(PTE).Methods: After the models of PTE in rats established,the groups were respectively fed with compound Danshen Dripping Pills of different concentrations.Twenty-one days later,expression of iNOS in Hippocampus organization,GluR1 and GABABR1 in epileptic foci area,PSD95 in forebrain of all groups were detected by Western Blot technology.Results: Expression of iNOS in Hippocampus organization and GluR1 in epileptic foci area of normal group and Compound Danshen Dripping Pill high concentration group were lower than model group(P0.05).And expression of GABABR1 in epileptic foci area and PSD95 in forebrain of these two groups were higher than model group(P0.01,P0.05).Conclusion: Compound Danshen Dripping Pill has a curative effect on posttraumatic epilepsy,and it may be related to the suppression expression of iNOS in Hippocampus organization and GluR1 in epileptic foci area,and promote expression of GABABR1 in epileptic foci area and PSD95 in forebrain.
