胃癌患者血清表皮生长因子变化及其与对舌苔影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究胃癌患者和正常人的舌苔变化与血清表皮生长因子(EGF)水平的关系。方法:通过ELISA检测266例胃癌患者和252例正常对照人群血清EGF表达,记录舌象表现,分析舌苔与血清EGF水平的关系。结果:胃癌组患者厚苔比例最高,而对照组薄苔比例最高,剥苔最低。胃癌组血清EGF水平比对照组明显升高(P<0.01)。胃癌组黄苔患者血清EGF水平表现为黄薄苔>黄厚苔>剥苔,具统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组黄苔者血清EGF水平表现为黄厚苔>黄薄苔>剥苔,但无统计学意义。结论:胃癌患者较正常人群舌苔厚苔比例明显增高,血清EGF含量上升;血清EGF水平可能影响胃癌患者舌苔变化。Objective： To investigate the relationship between serum epidermal growth factor（EGF） and changes in tongue coating of patients with gastric carcinoma and healthy controls.Methods： Serum EGF were measured by ELISA in 266 cases with gastric carcinoma and 252 healthy controls.Relationship between tongue coating and Serum EGF were analyzed by using nonparametric tests.Results： The thick coating accounted for the greatest proportion in cases with gastric carcinoma,while the thin coating were more popular in the healthy controls.Serum EGF level in patients were higher than that in the healthy（P0.01）.The level of Serum EGF were the highest in patient with yellow thin coating,followed by those with yellow thick coating and exfoliative coating（P0.05）,whereas the latter group showed that Serum EGF level were the highest in the healthy cases with yellow thick coating,followed by those with yellow thin coating and exfoliative coating.Conclusion： Proportion of thick tongue coating in patients is higher than that in the healthy.Increase in Serum EGF level is observed in cases with gastric carcinoma.Serum EGF level could affect the changes in tongue coating of patients with gastric carcinoma.
