细辛外用治疗口腔溃疡(虚火上炎证)的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价细辛外敷涌泉穴治疗口腔溃疡(虚火上炎证)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:以随机、自身对照为原则,设计临床研究方案,纳入患者60例,给予细辛散剂外敷涌泉穴,比较治疗前后中医证候积分,观察相关实验室检查。结果:证候疗效分析显示:临床痊愈率为15.5%,显效37.9%,有效41.4%,无效5.2%;病损疗效分析显示:临床痊愈率为53.4%,显效13.8%,有效22.4%,无效10.3%。出现1例不良反应,可能与用药有关,实验室检查未见异常。结论:细辛外敷涌泉穴治疗口腔溃疡(虚火上炎证)有一定疗效,值得推广使用。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of topical Asarum in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer（ROU）（virtual fire inflammation）.Methods： To choose 60 patients with ROU（virtual fire inflammation） by compared with themselves,we gave the parameters Asarum Powder,observed the before and after treatment of TCM syndrome scores,and applicated related laboratory tests.Results： Syndrome curative effect analysis showed that： the clinical cure rate was 15.5%,markedly by 37.9%,effective 41.4%,ineffective 5.2%.Ill caustic effect analysis showed that： clinical cure rate was 53.4%,markedly by 13.8%,effective 22.4%,invalid 10.3%.The incidence of adverse reaction： report of one case,may be associated with drug use.An adverse reaction case came up,and may be drug-related.Conclusion： Topical Asarum is safe and effective in the treatment of ROU（virtual fire inflammation）,and is worth of widely using.
