摘　　要：海南省是北方粳型光温敏核不育系冬季繁殖的理想基地。海南省的自然地理情况复杂,要选择适合的繁殖地点。光温敏核不育系繁殖对温光条件有特殊需求,应通过合理安排,使不育系在育性转换敏感期处于适宜的温光条件下。种子纯度是南繁工作的重点,在繁殖过程中要耐心细致,严格除杂保纯。在确保纯度的同时,通过强化田间栽培管理措施,保证繁种产量。Hainan Province is ideal base that breeding of northern japonica-type PTGMS line in winter.Situation of nature and geography is complex in Hainan Province,breeding sites should be choosed suitably.Breeding of PTGMS line has special requirements on temperature and light conditions,through reasonable arrangements,male sterile line in fertility sensitive period is in suitable light and temperature conditions.Seed purity is the focus of breeding seed of work in Hainan Province.It should be patient and careful,strict edulcoration and maintenance of purity in the process of breeding seed.seed yield is ensured through the strengthening of cultivation and management measures at the same time of ensuring purity of seed.
