摘　　要：烟农作为烟叶生产的主体队伍,是影响烟叶生产稳定性的基础因素。重点分析了近10年来烟农队伍的不稳定性及演变过程,剖析了症结所在,阐述了培养现代烟农的意义与有效途径,阐明了培养现代烟农才是解决"三农"问题、人力支撑现代烟草农业持续、稳定、健康发展的首要任务。As the main body of the tobacco production,tobacco farmers are the basal factor of the impacts of tobacco production stability.The instability evolution of tobacco farmers team of the past 10 years,evolution process,and the crux of the problems were analyzed.The meaning and effective way to train modern farmers were expounded.The human support was the primary task to solve the problem about ′agriculture,rural areas and farmers′on the sustainable,stable and healthy development of modern tobacco agriculture.
