摘  要:目的研究桃胶多糖、抗性淀粉、低聚果糖对糖耐量受损大鼠血糖的影响。方法采用小剂量注射四氧嘧啶加高糖高脂饲料复制糖耐量受损大鼠模型,将大鼠模型分为桃胶多糖组、抗性淀粉组、低聚果糖组,分别予桃胶多糖、抗性淀粉、低聚果糖各5g/(kg·d)连续灌胃20d后,检测糖耐量的变化。结果桃胶多糖组、抗性淀粉组、低聚果糖组与模型组比较,均能降低30min血糖值(P<0.01),3个干预组之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3个干预组与模型组比较60、90、120min3个时点的血糖值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桃胶多糖、抗性淀粉、低聚果糖均能改善葡萄糖耐量。Objective To compare the effects of peach resin, resistant starch and fructooligosaccharide on glycemic in impaired glucose tolerance rats. Methods The impaired glucose tolerance rats were induced by high-fat diet-fed plus several intraperitoneal injection of low-dose alloxan( 120, 80, 60 mg/kg)every other day. The IGT rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: peach resin group, resistant starch group, and fructooligosaccharide group, and were respectively treated with peach resin, resinstant starch and fructooligosaccharide. After the intragastric administration for 20 days, OGTT was performed. Results Compared with the model group, peach resin group, resistant starch group and fruetooligosaccharide group could significantly decrease 30 minutes of blood glucose levels (P〈0.01), hut no significant differences among these groups (P〉 0.05). At 60 rain, 90 min, and 120 min time points, there is no significant difference among these groups and the model group on blood glucose level. Conclusion Peach resin, resistant starch and fructooligosaceharide can improve impaired glucose tolerance.
