摘  要:目的以比例法为检测标准,了解应用噬菌体生物扩增技术(PhaB法)检测结核分枝杆菌利福平耐药性应用价值。方法选择涂片阳性和涂阴培阳病人标本,利用PhaB法对结核分枝杆菌利福平的耐药性进行直接和培养后检测。结果 156例标本中,112例抗酸染色(+)以上,44例(+)以下及涂阴培阳。PhaB法对(+)以上和(+)以下及涂阴培阳的痰标本检测结核分枝杆菌的敏感性、特异性、符合率分别为82.61%、96.63%、93.75%和80.00%、100.00%、95.46%。结论噬菌体生物扩增法检测结核分枝杆菌对利福平的耐药性具有较高的敏感性和特异性,与比例法符合率高。Objective To explore the application of PhaB for detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Rifampicin drug resistance. Methods The ratio method was used as a gold standard. S/near-positive and smear-negtive culture positive patients were selected for direct detection of Rifampiein drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum and culture sample. Results In 156 cases specimens, 112 cases were above (+) for acid staining, 44 cases were below (+) fro acid staining and smear-negtive culture positive. The sensitivity, specitivity, and accuracy detected by PhaB method of these two groups were 82.61%, 96.63%, 93.75% and 80.00%, 100.00%, 95.46%, respectively. Conclusion Based on the BACTEC MGIT 960 reference method, PhaB method has higher specitivity and accuracy.
