摘　　要：目的了解男男性行为人群(MSM)HIV-1阳转率及高危行为状况,为开展有针对性的防治工作提供依据。方法对招募自愿参加第一轮随访HIV与梅毒均阴性的MSM于6个月后进行问卷调查,采集血样检测HIV与梅毒,分析性行为、HIV与梅毒的阳转率。结果随访调查157人,随访率78.5%,平均年龄(26.3±5.2)岁,寻找性伴的主要途径是网络,占75.8%,最近6个月的男性性伴数平均为2个,最近6个月与男性发生肛交时每次都使用安全套的比例为28.6%,6个月HIV抗体阳转12例,阳转率为15.3/100人年(13.9/100人年～16.8/100人年),6个月梅毒抗体阳转14例,阳转率为17.8/100人年(16.5/100人年～19.1/100人年)。结论 MSM人群高HIV阳转率、低安全套使用率与多性伴,将加速艾滋病在MSM人群中的传播,流行形势严峻。Objective To understand HIV-1 sero-conversion and its risk behaviors, and provide evidence for implementing the intervention among men who have sex with men （MSM）. Methods MSM attending the first follow-up of 3 months and those HIV-1 and syphilis anti-body negative individuals were entered the second follow-up. MSM were interviewed by face-to- face with the structured questionnaire and blood sample were tested for HIV-1 and syphilis antibodies. The data were analyzed to describe HIV-1 and syphilis sero-conversion and its risk behaviors. Results 157 MSM entered the cohort study. The rate of follow-up was 78.5%. The average age was 26.3＋5.2 years old. The major route of seeking sexual partners was interuet. The number of sexual partner in the recent six months was 2. The consistent condom use during sex with men in the recent six months was 28.6%. 12 MSM have HIV-1 sero-conversion in the six follow-up months, and its sero-conversion rate was 15.3/100 person years （13.9-16.8/100 person years）. 14 MSM have syphilis seroconversion in the six follow-up months, and its sero-eonversion rate was 17.8/100 person years（16.5-19.1/100 person years）. Conelusion High HIV-1 sero-conversion rate, low rate of condom use and multiple sexual partners could increase the spreading of HIV among MSM. The epidemic of HIV in MSM was serious in Chongqing.
