摘 要:采用电化学腐蚀法测试咪唑啉类IMC-80-BH、有机胺类ZK682和有机磷类N582的缓蚀剂在常温下饱和CO2油田采出液对P110钢的缓蚀行为,用高温高压反应釜借助失重法和腐蚀形貌观察研究了其在高温(80℃)时的缓蚀性能。结果表明:3种缓蚀剂均为阳极抑制型,作用方式为"负催化效应";3种缓蚀剂均存在浓度极值现象,吸附膜稳定程度随浓度变化差别较大;在油田真实高温高压条件下,有机胺缓蚀剂ZK682缓蚀性能最优。The inhibition performances of three different inhibitors of Imidazoline IMC-80-BH, organic amine ZK682 and organic phosphorus N582 for P110 steel in the oilfield produced solution containing saturated CO2 were investigated by electrochemical corrosion methods. The inhibition behavior of three inhibitors for P110 steel under high temperature and pressure conditions was also analyzed by weight loss method and morphology analysis. The results show that the three inhibitors belong to the anodic inhibitors which work as 'negative catalysis effect'. There exists a critical value for each inhibitor, and stability of film varies with concentration. The inhibition efficiency of organic amine ZK682 is highest under the actural high temperature and pressure conditions.
