摘  要:通过改变焊接工艺参数对NM400钢板进行活性气体保护的熔化极氩弧焊(MAG)焊接试验。观察焊接接头各区域显微组织,测试焊接热影响区尺寸及焊接接头的力学特性。结果表明:随着焊接线能量的增大,焊接接头的热影响区宽度增加;焊接接头显微组织变粗大,并出现魏氏组织和贝氏体组织;焊接线能量的增加,是导致焊接接头显微硬度、拉伸性能降低的主要原因。By adjusting welding technology parameters, metal active-gas (MAG) welding experiments were performed for NM400 'steel plate. The mierostructure observations for different zones on welding joints were conducted; the size of heat-affected zone (HAZ) as well as the mechanical properties for welding joints were measured. The results show that with the welding heat input increasing, the width of HAZ increases and microstructures including widmanstatten and bainite structures became coarse. The increase in the welding heat input is responsible for the decrease in micro-hardness and tensile properties of welding joints.
