补阳还五汤并腰交感神经节切除对大鼠坐骨神经传导速度和功能指数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补阳还五汤口服加药浴并腰交感神经节切除对坐骨神经传导速度的影响.方法 60只SD(Sprague dawley)大鼠暴露左侧坐骨神经.对照组只钳夹并切除腰交感神经节;实验组钳夹并切除腰交感神经节切除后加用补阳还五汤口服及药浴治疗.观察钳夹前和钳夹切除后大鼠坐骨神经传导速度(SNCV)和功能指数(SFI).结果于2、4、6周分别测对照组、实验组的SNCV.各时间段实验组坐骨神经传导速度恢复快于对照组(P<0.01).且实验组坐骨神经功能指数恢复均快于对照组(P<0.01).结论补阳还五汤口服加药浴并腰交感神经节切除对坐骨神经传导速度有明显的促进作用.Objective To investigate the effect of oral administration and medicine bath of BuYangHuanWu decoction combined with lumbar sympathetic ganglionectomy（LSGT） on the sciatic nerve conduction velocity（SNCV） and the sciatic nerve function index（SFI）.Methods 60 Sprague Dawley rats whose left sympathetic ganglion were exposed were randomly divided into two groups.The rats in control group received LSGT while those in the experimental group took oral administration and medicine bath of BuYangHuanWu decoction combined with LSGT.The SNCV was measured before and after operation.Results The SNCV in the experimental group was significantly faster than that in the control group A（P0.01） after treatment for 2,4 and 6 weeks.And the SFI in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion It is beneficial to improve the SNCV by oral administration and medicine bath of BuYangHuanWu decoction combined with LSGT.
