摘  要:目的探讨冻融小鼠卵巢移植至雄鼠肾被膜下卵泡的生长发育情况。方法将1日龄冻融小鼠卵巢移植入成年雄鼠肾被膜下,分别于移植后2d、7d、14d回收移植卵巢进行形态学、组织学观察,以评价卵巢移植体在成年雄性受体小鼠体内生长及卵泡发育潜能。卵巢组织分为冻融对照组、移植后2d、7d、14d组。结果移植体生长增大,各级生长卵泡发育;7日龄移植体卵泡发育到初级卵泡生长,14日龄移植体卵泡发育到窦卵泡阶段。结论 1日龄冻融小鼠卵巢移植体在雄性受体生理环境中具有正常生长发育和形成窦卵泡的潜能。Objective: To evaluate the follicular developmental competence of frozen-thawed mouse ovary grafted into male recipient mice. Methods: Ovaries frozen-thawed from 1-day-old mice were transplanted underneath the kidney capsule of male recipient mice and collected after 2,7 and 14 days. The ovaries were observed in histology and morphology to evaluate the follicular developmental competence of neonatal mouse ovaries grafted into male recipient mice. Ovarian tissues were divided four groups: frozen-thawed control group,grafted for 2 days,7 days and 14 days group. Results: The retrieved grafts were significantly larger than 1-day-old ovaries(P〈0.01)and contained many growing follicles. The ovaries grafted for 7 days and 14 days produced primary follicle and antral follicle respectively. Conclusions: This study indicates that the physiological environment of male mice can support the frozen-thawed ovaries to produce antral follicles in mouse.
