摘 要:在女性,抗苗勒管激素(anti-müllerian hormone,AMH)由颗粒细胞生成,从初级卵泡到窦卵泡均有分泌。AMH在始基卵泡中不表达,卵泡被募集后开始表达,但随着卵泡的不断发育,在窦卵泡被选为优势卵泡时,表达显著下降,提示AMH可能在始基卵泡的起始募集和优势卵泡的选择中发挥作用。此外,AMH还与卵母细胞发育密切相关。本文综述AMH在卵泡和卵母细胞发育中的作用。In female, the anti-mtillerian hormone (AMH)is secreted by granulosa cells from primary follicles or antral follicles. AMH is not expressed in primordial follicles. The follicles begin to express AMH till they are recruited. The expression of AMH significantly decreases when antral follicles are selected as the dominant follicles. The fact suggests that AMH may have effects on the recruitment of primordial follicle and the selection of dominant follicles. In addition,AMH is also closely related with the development of oocytes. This paper reviews the role of AMH in the development of follicles and oocytes.
