摘 要:目的探讨在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科教学中实施尸头解剖学习对学生的影响。方法随机选取251名2009级临床医学专业学生分为实验组(124人)和对照组(127人),实验组采用尸头解剖教学加传统教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,分析、对比两个组学生考试成绩与问卷调查情况。结果实验组耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学考试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);问卷调查反映尸头解剖学习能够激发学生的学习主动性,能让学生亲身体验"用解剖学知识理解、分析和解决临床问题"的过程。结论在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科教学中实施尸头解剖学习,能够培养学生多种实践能力,它不仅是一种研究性学习方法的创新,而且还是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科传统教学模式的改革探索。Objective To discuss the effects of cadaveric head anatomy in otolaryngology head and neck surgery teaching.MethodsThe students of clinical medicine in grade 2009 were randomly divided into the experimental group(124 students) and the control group(127 students).The experimental group was taught with the traditional method and cadaveric head anatomy while the control group was taught merely with traditional teaching method.Then their test scores and the results of questionnaire were analyzed and compared.ResultsThe examination scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.05);the results of questionnaire reflected that cadaveric head anatomy learning can stimulate students' learning initiative and it is eaeasier for students to understand,analyze and solve clinical problems with anatomy knowledge.Conclusion It can cultivate the students' practical ability with the implementation of cadaveric head anatomy learning.This is not only a kind of learning method innovation,but also a reform of traditional teaching in otolaryngology head and neck surgery.
