摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿膈疝的修补方法,评价膈疝手术的远期疗效。方法回顾分析12例先天性新生儿膈疝,采用涤纶补片、无张力缝合修补的手术效果。结果 12例新生儿膈疝膈肌缺损大,均为胸腹裂孔处膈疝,无围手术期死亡,术后远期随访2～3年膈疝均未复发。结论涤纶补片、无张力缝合修补先天性新生儿膈疝可避免膈疝远期复发。Objective To explore the method of dacron patch in repairing the neonate＇ s congenital diaphragmatic hernia（CDH） and e- valuate the efficacy of this treatment. Methods The long-term surgical outcomes of 12 neonates with CDH who were repaired with dacron patch through the subcostal incision was retrospectively evaluated. Results All the 12 neonates had large diaphragm defect. None of them died during perioperative period and recurred 2 - 3 years after repairs. Conclusion The treatment with Dacron patch for the neonate＇ s CDH may avoid long-term CDH recurrence after the operation.
