摘 要:由于物料运输车底架的结构和实际使用条件较为复杂,在对底架的强度及变形进行理论计算时,需做一些假设和较多的简化,所得出的计算结果往往与实际情况相差较大。因此,本文用试验的方法对物料运输车底架的强度与变形进行了研究,在运输车满载运行后的静态情况下,应用电阻应变仪测量法分别实测了底架关键部位的应变,得出了实际应力值,为验证底架改进设计提供了技术依据。Owing to the structure of the underbed and the actual service conditions of a material truck are relatively com- plicated, some supposes and simplifications are required when the strength and deformation of the underbed are calculated, there will always be big errors between the final results and the actual ones. Consequently, research on strength and de- formation of a material truck underbed based on experimental method was done in this paper. On the condition of static state of truck full load, the strain of the key part was measured with resistance strain gauge, and the actual stress values were ob- tained, which provided the technical basis for improving check design that whether the design of the underbed meets the strength requirements.
