摘　　要：针对现有压滤机控制系统中存在的问题及用户的新要求,利用西门子S7-200PLC作为控制器,对该系统进行了全新的设计,最终各项指标均达到了用户要求。压滤机用于固体和液体的分离,与其他固液分离设备相比,压滤机过滤后的泥饼有更高的含固率和优良的分离效果。固液分离的基本原理为混合液流经过滤介质(滤布),固体停留在滤布上,逐渐在滤布上堆积形成过滤泥饼。Focused on the problems existing in the pressure filter control system and requirements of costumers, did brand new design for the system by using SIEMENS S7--200 PLC, finally all kinds of index reached the requirements of costumers. Pressure filter has been used for separating solid and liquid, compared with other solid-liquid separation equip- ment, mud cake after pressure filter filtering has higher extraction ratio and better separation effect. The basic principle of solid-liquid separation is miscible liquids pass through filtration medium, solid stays on the filtration medium, and finally buildups mud cake.
