摘　　要：同济大学文远楼建于1953年,是典型的3层不对称错层式的钢筋混凝土框架结构建筑。整座建筑布局合理、体型丰富、外形简洁,是近代中国现代主义风格深入影响下的优秀本土现代建筑,它是中国第一个现代主义建筑,也是第一座包豪斯风格的建筑。2007年,文远楼进行了全面的生态节能改造,运用了十大建筑节能技术,取得显著的效果。2012年,文远楼又开创性打造了建筑生态技术体验屋。Built in 1953, Wenyuan Building of Tongji University is a typical threestorey asymmetric split-level building of reinforced concrete frame construction. With rational layout, rich shape and simple appearance, the building is excellent local modern architecture deeply influenced by modernism style in modern China, the first modernist architecture in China, and also the first building of Bauhaus style. In 2007, comprehensive ecological energy-saving reconstruction was conducted for Wenyuan Building, ten building energy-saving technologies were adopted, and obvious effect was obtained. In 2012, house for experience of building eco-technology was created in Wenyuan Building innovatively.
