摘　　要：介绍了在GE2286型双面成形提花经编机上编织提花毛绒织物的基本原理及贾卡工艺,随后以提花毛毯产品为例,说明其花型设计方法以及编织工艺。指出在编织过程中采用消极式送经,将毛纱筒安置在纱架上,通过张力器和张力片等机件控制每根毛绒纱的张力,可以达到对毛绒梳纱线张力的控制。最后提出了开发经编电子提花毛绒产品需进一步解决的技术问题,如由于张力原因在织物的毛绒面会出现的竖条等。The paper introduces the basic principle and the jacquard technology of jacquard pile fabric knitted an the GE2286 two-bed jacquard warp knitting machine, and also describes the pattern design and knitting tech- nology by taking the jacquard blanket products as an example. It points out that the yarn tension of pile comb can be controlled by adjusting every pile yarn tension with yarn tensioner after putting the cone on the creel, where the negative warp let-off is employed. Finally, it presents some technical problems for further research during the devel- aping process of warp knitted electronic jacquard pile products, such as strip defects on the pile side due to the yarn tension fluctuation.
