摘  要:选取5种棉针织物,分别测试其纱线线密度、横密、纵密、线圈长度、未充满系数、克质量、厚度等基本性能,及克罗值、透气量、透湿率、芯吸高度等热湿舒适性能,并对所测试的数据利用SPSS因子分析的方法,探讨棉针织物基本性能与热湿舒适性能的关系。结果表明:由相关性分析获得的纱线线密度、克质量、厚度这3个因素对棉针织物的热湿舒适性能影响比较大,在实际生产中可通过对这3个指标的设计与测定来预测或确定产品的热湿舒适性能。In terms of five kinds of cotton knitted fabrics, the paper studies the basic performance including the linear density, wales density, courses density, loop length, cover factor, weight per unit area and thickness, and the thermal-moist comfort properties including CLO value, air-permeability, moisture-permeability rate and wicking height. It discusses the relationship between basic performance and thermal-moist comfort properties by using the method of SPSS factor analysis. The results show that yarn linear density, weight per unit area and thickness are the three major influencing factors for the thermal-moist comfort properties of cotton knitted fabrics, which can forecast or determine the thermal-moist comfort properties of products through designing of the three factors in the real pro- duction process.
