摘　　要：文章主要介绍包钢Ф4OOmm无缝钢管热轧机组生产线的组成，并详细阐述了链式冷床的工艺目的及其结构。提出以节能增效为核心，对1#冷床进行改造。In the paper, it is introduced the composition of hot roiling mill for 0400 mm seamless steel tubes in Baotou Steel as well as elaborated the technical purposes and structure of chain - type cooling bed in detail. Moreover, it is proposed the 1 # cooling bed should be transformed to save energy and increase efficiem：ies.
