摘　　要：新型建筑CL结构体系以自重轻、抗震性能好、保温与建筑主体同寿命、隔音性能优良等特点，取代目前传统的建筑业施工工艺（砖混结构），实现了技术创新、节能降耗，同时促进了建筑产业升级和可持续发展。The traditional construction technology （masonry structure） is replaced by the new constructions with composite light - weight structure since they are with such advantages as light dead weight, good seismic behavior, }ifetime of insulation is the same as that of main buildings and good sound insulation performance, with which tile technological innovation as well as energy saving and consumption reduction have been realized. ：qoreover, the upgrading and sustainable development of construction industry have been promoted.
